After a huge span on early access Wreckfest (formerly Next Car Game) is finally out. And I have to say that it’s a fun racing game with a great physics engine behind it which is well worth your time.
A delightfully addictive gameplay loop of dungeon crawling and shopkeeping. The profiteering capitalism of Stardew Valley blended with the dungeons of Binding of Isaac. What’s not to love?
It’s undeniably flawed but the strangely relaxing and cathartic nature of slowly renovating a terrible house into a gorgeous home of your own design is undeniable. Turn on a podcast and play.
Great puzzle game, with an interesting game play. Very reading heavy, but a dynamic use of Music/FX to pull you into the stories & scenes. Easy to get sucked into the world the creators have designed.
Fun and engaging game with a twist that comes out of left field. Not very long, but worth the time, definitely worth a second play through to unlock all its secrets. Love the art style and characters?
“There’s an icon on my map that looks like treasure.” “Let’s go dig it up.” [10 minutes of running and looting…] “It should be right here” “Keep digging” “Oh god, wolves are filling up the hole!!!”
The early access version of Claybook is a well-presented digital toy. This clay squishes, picks up color, clones itself and travels through time. Wonky controls but so full of possibility.
Bomber Crew is all about micromanaging your crew to complete missions, bomb bases, and making sure your plane doesn’t get torn apart. Its a fun and cute strategy game that is definitely worth a look.
“Your husband enjoyed Batman v Superman, and farted on your sister, you son of a washerwoman!”
